SboxPlays is a fan-made, non-commercial website for browsing and launching s&box games. We are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve; all game data and trademarks belong to their owners.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to use SboxPlays. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.
You sign in with Steam. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Steam credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
You may post content (reviews, community posts and comments, chat, profile and avatar choices). You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a licence to host and display it on the site for the purpose of running the service. You are responsible for what you post. You agree not to:
You can report content or users from the report option on reviews, chat, community posts and profiles, or by emailing [email protected]. We review reports and may remove content, or warn, suspend or ban accounts. Where a decision significantly affects you, you can request review by replying to our notice or emailing the address above. We aim to handle reports of illegal content promptly. You can also block users to stop seeing their content and interactions.
For legal notices and as our point of contact for authorities and users: [email protected] (safety/legal) and [email protected] (general/privacy).
SboxPlays helps you open s&box games via Steam; the games themselves run in the s&box client on your own computer and are governed by Facepunch's and Valve's terms, not ours.
The site is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including your rights to export and delete your account.
We may update these Terms; material changes update the date above and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings).
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/jurisdiction]. Replace this with your actual jurisdiction before launch.
Several EU countries (e.g. Germany, Austria) legally require a public operator notice. Fill this in before launch: [Operator name], [address / country], contact [email protected]. If you operate as an individual hobbyist outside those jurisdictions a name + contact email is generally sufficient — check your local rules.
